BOOKING:
How can I book?
You can choose your desired Blackhome directly on blackhome.com or on your Blackhome APP. Through our check-in machine it is also possible to book directly on the spot
How do I get a room key?
You will receive your key card directly at the check-in machine after successful check-in. You will receive further instructions 2 days before arrival.
How does online check-in work?
Please take a look at our guidance system for the check-in process.
How does the check-in on site work?
Please take a look at our guidance system for the check-in process.
What do I need at the check-in counter?
Please have your identity card or passport ready.
Is my booking on blackhome.com safe?
Through SSL encryption we insure you a safe booking, especially your credit card information and other personal data are protected.
When can I check in on the day of arrival?
You can check in from 15:30 on the day of arrival.
By what time do I have to check out on my day of departure?
You have until 10:30am on the day of departure to check out. When checking out, please simply leave your room card in your room.
RATES AND PRICES:
How much extra charge do I pay for a second person in the room?
The surcharge is € 8,00 per person.
Will I get a better price if I stay longer?
For long stays please contact us directly at welcome@blackhome.at
ROOM EQUIPMENT:
How is my room furnished?
Each room has a kitchenette with cooker, fridge and water boiler.
Is there a hair dryer in the room?
There is a hair dryer in every room.
Are there accessible rooms? How can I book them?
Yes, we also have accessible rooms, please mention this when booking so that we can take care of it.
Are there cots for children?
Unfortunately, we do not have any cots or extra beds for children.
Are pets welcome?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding! Should we nevertheless discover that a pet was in the flat during the final cleaning, we will charge a one-time fee of € 50 for special cleaning.
Is there WiFi?
All flats are equipped with free WiFi. You will find the access data in our guest folder or on our Blackhome App.
What happens when something happens?
Even if there is no reception on site, you will of course have a contact person in case of emergency. You will find a telephone number for this in your guest folder, on our Blackhome App or at the check-in machines.
When will my room be cleaned?
For longer stays (more than 7 nights), an intermediate cleaning is included in the price. If you would like to have more cleaning done, please send an email to an welcome@blackhome.at
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, we are a non-smoking hotel. If smoking in the flats causes damage or if we are unable to rent the flats for a certain period of time due to the unpleasant smell of smoke in the flats, we will charge the person responsible for this period of time.

What parking options are available?
Depending on the location, the following parking options are available:
- Innsbruck City East:
- 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel “Parkgarage Tivoli Stadion”, costs € 10,00.- per day
- 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel “Park & Ride Olympiaworld” Parking lot, costs € 9,00.- per day
- Public parking spaces are available along Resselstraße or at Olympiaworld – tickets are available at the parking machine at the beginning of the street
- Innsbruck City East Gold:
- Limited parking spaces in the in-house parking garage.
- 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel “Parkgarage Tivoli Stadium”, cost € 10,00.- per day
- 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel “Park & Ride Olympiaworld” Parking lot, costs € 9,00.- per day.
- Public parking spaces are available along Resselstraße or at Olympiaworld – tickets are available at the parking machine at the beginning of the street.
- Innsbruck City Center:
- in front of the building there are paid parking spaces – tickets are available at the parking machine.
- “Altstadtgarage” above the Inn bridge, costs € 19.- per day.
- 7 minutes’ walk from the hotel “Markthallengarage”, costs € 16,80 per day.
- 7 minutes’ walk from the hotel “Congressgarage”, costs € 15,- per day.
- 7 minutes’ walk from the hotel “Rathaus Parkhaus”, costs €18,- per day.
- Salzburg Maxglan:
- in front of the house there are three parking spaces for loading and unloading
- to park your car permanently, we recommend the car parks of the city of Salzburg they are mostly subject to charges.
- free parking is available in Kaiser-Karl-Straße, Schwedenstraße and Franz-Huemer-Straße; you only need to insert your parking meter.
- 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel “Medicent” underground car park, cost € 15 per day.
- Graz:
- Limited garage parking spaces in Schörgelgasse 11, cost € 15,- per night; parking spaces can be booked separately – please inform us at least 2 days before your arrival; the key has to be collected in the key box and left in the café or in the key box; if the key is not returned on departure, we have to charge € 150,- for making a replacement key.
- Paid parking in the short-term parking zone in front of the hotel – tickets are available from the parking machine.
All prices are without guarantee, changes are possible at any time.
PAYMENT:
When do I pay for my stay?
We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Amex), debit card or advance bank transfer at least 2 days before arrival. For bank transfers, please send the payment confirmation in advance to welcome@blackhome.at.
Cash payment in the Blackhome is NOT possible.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card before arrival.
Will my credit card be charged automatically when I make an online booking?
Yes, the card will be charged automatically.
Can I book on blackhome.com without a credit card?
A booking with direct bank transfer or debit card is possible.
Is cash payment possible?
There is no reception in the Blackhome, cash payment is NOT possible.
CANCELLATION:
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellations up to 2 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations one day before arrival or on the day of arrival (or no show) will be charged 100% of the agreed total price. Furthermore, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006) apply.
